What is Hakikisha~Doc?
Hakikisha~Doc is a digital credential platform for issuing, managing, sharing and verifying documents. It gives institutions a way to issue records that recipients and verifying organisations can check online.
How does document verification work?
A supported credential is checked against its recorded digital proof. This helps establish whether it matches the issued document and whether changes have been made. The verification journey may use a QR code or a supported digital file, depending on the implementation.
Are personal documents published on blockchain?
The proof recorded on blockchain is a digital fingerprint, rather than the full document. Document storage, access and retention are configured as part of each implementation.
Can Hakikisha~Doc verify any document?
Verification applies to supported credentials issued through, or onboarded into, the platform. An arbitrary scan or uploaded document does not become authentic simply because it is uploaded. The issuing institution remains responsible for the accuracy of the original information.
Can we use our existing certificate designs and systems?
